Image-processing interruption via invalid JP2 sampling index

Heap out-of-bounds write in ImageMagick 7 before 7.1.2-19 and ImageMagick 6 before 6.9.13-44 allows local users to interrupt JP2 encoding. WriteJP2Image passes sampling-factor values below one into the OpenJPEG subsampling_dx and subsampling_dy parameters instead of clamping them to one. Exploitation requires a user to supply an invalid sampling index during JP2 encoding, and the published impact is limited to service interruption.
