Browser script execution via unsafe DOM insertion

Stored XSS in LabReDeS WeGIA before 3.6.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' browsers. The dispatch listing passes the stored, attacker-controlled recipient name to jQuery .html(), which interprets the value as HTML instead of text. High-privilege access is required to seed the field; any user who views the affected dispatch page runs the stored script in that browser context.
