Stored XSS via unescaped patient name
Published Apr 17, 2026 · Updated Apr 17, 2026
Stored XSS in WeGIA before 3.6.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript when patient information is viewed. The Nome field in profile_paciente.php accepts patient names without sanitization or output encoding, and the page renders the stored value into the DOM without escaping. An account able to create or edit a patient can plant the payload; execution occurs in the browser of any user who later opens that patient's information.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
