Cross-tenant application access via unchecked appId

Improper access control in Labring FastGPT before 4.14.10.4 allows remote authenticated users to read and execute other teams' applications. The v1 and v2 chat completion endpoints and team initialization path accept a foreign appId without binding the application lookup to the authenticated team. A valid team token and another application's identifier are required; successful requests expose private prompts, workflow nodes, and model configuration and can run the targeted workflow.
