Local application crash via unchecked DIMS unit length

Out-of-bounds write in GPAC 26.03-DEV SVG parsing allows local users to crash the application by processing crafted DIMS media. In svgin_process, an attacker-controlled inner DIMS unit length overwrites the packet-length variable and indexes buf2 without checking that the computed offset remains inside the allocation. A low-privileged local user can trigger the flaw without further interaction; the demonstrated consequence is a GPAC process crash, not system-wide interruption.
