Disk exhaustion via unbounded recipe bundle extraction

Improper compressed-data handling in PraisonAI before 4.5.128 allows remote attackers to exhaust disk space through a malicious recipe bundle. The recipe registry's _safe_extractall() passes every tar member to tar.extractall() without checking member size, total expanded size, or member count. Exploitation requires the bundle to be pulled through LocalRegistry.pull() or HttpRegistry.pull(), after which expansion can fill the host filesystem and interrupt PraisonAI and colocated applications.
