Arbitrary file read via unrestricted skill path

Arbitrary file read in PraisonAIAgents before 1.5.128 allows local users to read process-accessible files via read_skill_file. The function treats the caller-supplied skill_path as the trusted directory boundary, then opens and returns a joined file without confining that directory to the workspace or requesting approval. The agent process must be induced to invoke the tool, including through prompt-injected content, and exposure is limited to files readable by that process.
