Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attribute

Stored XSS in WPGO Plugins Power Charts Lite 0.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through the [pc] shortcode. The pc_shortcode() function concatenates the user-controlled id attribute into an HTML div class without sanitization or output escaping, then passes the markup through html_entity_decode(). Contributor-level access is required, and the injected script executes whenever a user views the stored page.
