Unauthorized page publication via unchecked isDraft override

Incorrect authorization in Content Folder Kirby before 4.9.0 and 5.0.0 through 5.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to publish pages. The REST page-creation API accepts an isDraft=false override without applying the pages.changeStatus permission required for publication. Exploitation requires a role with pages.create enabled and pages.changeStatus disabled, and the consequence is unauthorized publication rather than broader administrative access.
