Application crash via MS ADPCM out-of-bounds read

Out-of-bounds read in SoLoud 20200207 allows local users to crash an embedding application with a crafted MS ADPCM WAV file. The drwav_read_pcm_frames_s16__msadpcm decoder reads four bytes outside a global buffer while processing attacker-controlled MS ADPCM data. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privileged access to make an embedding application load the file; no user interaction is needed.
