SSRF via unvalidated OffchainLookup destination URLs

SSRF in web3.py 6.0.0b3 through 7.14.1 and 8.0.0b1 allows remote attackers to make backend services request arbitrary URLs. The synchronous and asynchronous OffchainLookup handlers substitute sender and data into contract-supplied URLs, then issue GET or POST requests without scheme, host, address-range, or redirect validation. Default-enabled CCIP Read reaches this path when an application calls an untrusted contract, enabling blind access to internal services and cloud metadata endpoints from the process network context.
