Unauthenticated file read via external entity resolution
Published Apr 13, 2026 · Updated Apr 13, 2026
XML external entity injection in Pachno 1.0.6 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through crafted wiki content. The TextParser helper passes attacker-controlled wiki tables and inline tags to simplexml_load_string() without restricting external entity resolution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation exposes files readable by the web-server process.
