CVE-2026-40041Network attack vector

Unauthorized state changes via missing CSRF protections

Published Apr 13, 2026 · Updated Apr 13, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in Pachno 1.0.6 allows attackers to perform unauthorized state changes through authenticated users. State-changing login, registration, file-upload, milestone-editing, and administrative endpoints accept forged requests without verifying the authenticated user's intent. An authenticated user must visit attacker-controlled content; resulting requests can force logout, create accounts, change roles, inject comments, or upload files within that user's privileges.
