Account deletion via nonce-free disconnect action

Cross-site request forgery in Petje.af WordPress Plugin 2.1.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete member accounts. The ajax_revoke_token() handler for the petjeaf_disconnect AJAX action performs OAuth token revocation, user-meta deletion, and member-account deletion without validating a nonce. Exploitation requires an authenticated member to follow a forged link or visit a malicious site, and the resulting request deletes that member's account.
