Cross-workspace credential theft via falsy ownership check
Published May 22, 2026 · Updated May 22, 2026
Authorization bypass in Typebot 3.15.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access credentials from other workspaces. The bot-engine getCredentials() utility skips its ownership comparison when the preview endpoint supplies an empty client-controlled workspaceId. A free account and a valid credential identifier are sufficient to retrieve decrypted secrets or use them against connected services.
