Authenticated SQL injection via stored report regex
Published Jun 24, 2026 · Updated Jun 24, 2026
Stored SQL injection in Cacti 1.2.30 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data through Reports. The Reports feature stores graph_name_regexp and later concatenates it into an RLIKE clause without db_qstr_rlike() quoting, allowing SQL syntax to alter the generated query. A low-privilege authenticated account and a stored malicious report expression are required; exploitation can disclose database contents, alter application data, or interrupt service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
