Authenticated file overwrite via user-controlled storage path

Broken access control in Directus before 11.17.0 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite other users' files through the API. The PATCH /files/{id} handler accepts a user-controlled filename_disk value and resolves it to an existing storage path without enforcing path ownership. A low-privileged account with file-update access can replace legitimate content and alter attribution metadata; code execution additionally requires storage shared with the extensions directory.
