Authenticated SQL injection via unrestricted backup import

SQL injection in OpenEMR 8.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with admin privileges to execute arbitrary database statements. The form_step=202 handler in interface/main/backup.php feeds an uploaded SQL file unparsed to the mysql client through shell_exec, so its statements run with the application database user's privileges. A valid session, the admin/super ACL, and a CSRF token are required; successful exploitation reads or alters application data and can write files only when MySQL FILE privileges and permissive secure_file_priv settings are present.
