Buffer overflow in Python Cryptographic Authority cryptography 45.0.0 through 46.0.6 allows attackers to interrupt processes via buffer APIs. Buffer-accepting APIs such as Hash.update() treat a non-contiguous view as contiguous and read beyond its end. Reachability requires Python newer than 3.11 and an application path that passes an attacker-influenced non-contiguous buffer to an affected API.
