Database manipulation via unsanitized SQL queries

SQL injection in the SQL destination driver in syslog-ng before 4.12 allows remote attackers to alter database data via crafted log messages. afsql_dd_run_query sends SQL assembled from untrusted log-derived values to the database without the required sanitization call. The SQL driver must be manually configured, and attackers must supply a log message through a configured source; injection can corrupt records or interrupt logging.
