SSRF in Weblate before 5.17 allows remote authenticated users to make the server send webhook requests to private-network URLs. The webhook add-on passes its configured webhook_url to fetch_url(), which sends the POST without the existing private-target validation. High-privilege access to configure the add-on is required; the reported consequence is limited to indirect disclosure about server-reachable resources.
