Stored script execution via unsanitized game name
Published Mar 12, 2026 · Updated Mar 12, 2026
Stored XSS in CampCodes Division/Regional Athletic Meet Game Result Matrix System 2.1 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts. The save-games.php handler stores the game_name value without adequate validation or sanitization, and later page rendering interprets its markup as executable browser content. A low-privileged user can save the payload, but another user's browser must load the affected content; the published test demonstrates script execution only.
