XSS via whitespace-bypassed meta URL escaping

Cross-site scripting in Go html/template before 1.25.10 or 1.26.0-0 through 1.26.2 allows remote attackers to inject script. The tMetaContent escaper leaves dynamic URL data insufficiently escaped when ASCII whitespace surrounds an equals sign in a meta content attribute. A vulnerable application must execute a crafted template value and deliver the resulting HTML to a user, whose browser then executes the injected script.
