Unauthenticated memory corruption via oversized funcpara1
Published Mar 12, 2026 · Updated Mar 12, 2026
Stack-based buffer overflow in the HTTP handler of Tenda W3 1.0.0.3(2204) allows remote attackers to corrupt process memory. The formSetCfm function handling POST requests to /goform/setcfm accepts an oversized funcpara1 value and writes it past a stack buffer. The endpoint is reachable without authentication only from an adjacent local network; the public proof of concept demonstrates the trigger, but published sources establish neither code execution nor a specific crash outcome.
