Authenticated memory corruption via oversized index parameter
Published Mar 12, 2026 · Updated Mar 12, 2026
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda i3 1.0.0.6(2204) allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory via a crafted index parameter. The formwrlSSIDget handler for /goform/wifiSSIDget accepts an oversized index value without enforcing the destination stack buffer bound. A valid web session and network access to the management interface are required; the public proof of concept does not demonstrate code execution.
