Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated preview fetch endpoints

Server-side request forgery in Visual Link Preview 2.3.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services. Its external URL metadata and image fetch endpoints accept attacker-selected destinations without blocking localhost, private or reserved IP ranges, or unsafe ports. Any authenticated WordPress user who can invoke these preview endpoints can make the server issue requests into otherwise unreachable network locations.
