Reflected XSS via unescaped preview input
Published Mar 11, 2026 · Updated Mar 11, 2026
Reflected XSS in JCharisTech Machine-Learning-Web-Apps allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via POST /preview. The preview function passes request.form['newtext'] unchanged to preview.html, whose response renders an injected event handler as executable markup. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a victim to render the crafted response, limiting the reported impact to browser-side content modification.
