Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated image URL fetch

Server-side request forgery in zyddnys manga-image-translator beta-0.0 through beta-0.3 allows remote authenticated users to request arbitrary URLs. The TranslateRequest image field reaches request_extraction.py::to_pil_image, which passes non-byte, non-data-URI values to requests.get without validating the destination. Access to a translate endpoint is required; successful requests originate from the server and can reach internal or external resources available to it.
