Unauthenticated database disclosure via unprepared confirmation query

SQL injection in SpeakOut! Email Petitions 4.6.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to read data from the WordPress database. The confirm() method in includes/class.signature.php interpolates the dkspeakoutconfirm request value into an SQL query instead of using a prepared placeholder. A crafted public confirmation URL reaches the query without authentication, enabling database reads while the published assessment reports no integrity impact.
