Plugin data deletion via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in bgermann cformsII 15.1.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete plugin data via a crafted request. The cforms2_delete_db_and_deactivate handler accepts a state-changing deletion request without validating a WordPress nonce, then removes cformsII database content and deactivates the plugin. Exploitation requires a logged-in privileged user to visit an attacker-controlled link or page, resulting in plugin-data loss and service interruption through deactivation.
