Pre-auth command execution via unsanitized suffix parameter

Command injection in H3C SecPath ACG1000-AK230 20260227 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary system commands without authentication. The aaa_portal_auth_local_submit handler inserts the suffix parameter into a system command without filtering shell metacharacters. A crafted GET request containing backticks reaches the web interface before login and runs commands with the web service's privileges.
