Authenticated code execution via cleared LD_PRELOAD
Published Apr 14, 2026 · Updated Apr 14, 2026
Sandbox escape in FIT2CLOUD MaxKB 2.7.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute unrestricted code through Tool Debug. The sandbox permits env to clear LD_PRELOAD before launching Python, removing the sandbox.so hooks that intercept sensitive library calls. Tool execution and subprocess privileges are required; escaped code gains native file-system and network access in the application container.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
