Cross-workspace issue-date modification via unscoped lookup
Published Apr 7, 2026 · Updated Apr 7, 2026
Improper authorization in Plane before 1.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter issue dates across workspaces and projects. IssueBulkUpdateDateEndpoint queries Issue objects only by attacker-supplied IDs, omitting workspace and project constraints before bulk-updating start_date and target_date. A MEMBER or ADMIN role in any project and a target issue UUID are required; exploitation corrupts scheduling data without reading issue contents.
