Authenticated SSRF via bracketed IPv6 host parsing

SSRF in OpenObserve 0.70.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read internal resources via crafted enrichment URLs. validate_enrichment_url compares bracketed IPv6 hosts with unbracketed literals and passes them unchanged to IP-address parsing, so both checks fail. Any authenticated user who can submit an enrichment-table URL can access loopback, private-network, or cloud metadata services and read returned data.
