Attachment disclosure via missing download authorization

Missing authorization in OrangeHRM Starter 5.0 through 5.8 allows remote authenticated users to read recruitment attachments. Job specification and vacancy attachment download handlers derived from AbstractFileController return files without checking authorization for the referenced attachment. Any authenticated low-privilege account can supply attachment identifiers and disclose attachments belonging to other users or records.
