Published Mar 11, 2026 · Updated Mar 11, 2026
Out-of-bounds read in Web Speech in Google Chrome before 146.0.7680.71 allows remote attackers to escape the sandbox via crafted HTML. Google identifies the locus only as Web Speech and has not disclosed which buffer or bounds check permits the out-of-range read. A user must open the crafted page; successful exploitation grants execution outside the renderer sandbox.
