Remote service interruption via tcpReadHandler1 use-after-free

Use-after-free in LIVE555 Streaming Media 2026.02.26 allows remote attackers to interrupt RTSP service via crafted RTSP and HTTP requests. The RTSP server improperly handles a non-interleaved SETUP after RTP/RTCP-over-TCP setup, leaving tcpReadHandler1 to access freed state. Network access and the specified request sequence are required, and the published impact is limited to service interruption.
