Network exposure via all-interface HTTP binding

Network exposure in the HTTP-mode MCP server in Oraios AI Serena before 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to reach its tool interface. The CLI and server factory use 0.0.0.0 as the default host, causing HTTP and SSE transports to listen on every interface instead of loopback. Exposure requires starting either network transport; reachable callers can interact with the tools enabled for that Serena context.
