Authenticated file deletion via unchecked dealer-logo path
Published May 14, 2026 · Updated May 14, 2026
Arbitrary file deletion in StylemixThemes Motors 1.4.107 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete server files. The become-dealer profile handler stores stm_dealer_logo_path without constraining it to the uploads directory, and logo replacement later passes that stored path to unlink(). Subscriber-level access is sufficient; deletion of WordPress configuration or application files can disable the site.
