Local privilege escalation via unrestricted driver IOCTLs

Improper privilege management in Protegent 360 2.0.0.4 allows local users to escalate privileges through the pgsecdl.sys driver. The pgsecdl.sys device exposes FILE_ANY_ACCESS IOCTLs, and its create handler completes requests without inspecting tokens or privileges. Any local guest account can clear the driver's rule and process-protection lists, disabling anti-tamper controls through kernel-mode operations.
