Local privilege escalation in Unistal Systems Protegent 360 2.0.0.4 allows local users to disable process protection through pgsecdl.sys. The driver's device object and IOCTLs lack access checks, so requests 0x9C402401 and 0x9C402405 clear kernel rule and protected-process lists. A low-privileged Windows account can neutralize anti-tamper controls and alter global driver configuration; arbitrary kernel code execution is not demonstrated.
