Cross-DAG data disclosure via missing nested permissions

Access-control failure in Apache Airflow before 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to read other DAGs' task data via /ui/dags. The endpoint authorizes DAG access without requiring RUN, HITL_DETAIL, and TASK_INSTANCE permissions for nested objects, so it returns HITL prompts, request parameters, and full TaskInstance details across DAG boundaries. A valid account with read access to at least one DAG is required, and the impact is limited to disclosure of DAG-run data available through those embedded records.
