Reflected XSS in damasac thaipalliative_lte 1.0 through 3.0 allows remote attackers to execute scripts via crafted request parameters. The /substudy/ezform.php endpoint echoes idFormMain, id, and ptid_key values into HTML attributes and inline JavaScript without context-appropriate encoding. Exploitation requires a victim to open a crafted URL and runs attacker-supplied script in the victim’s application session.
