Authenticated browser script execution via unsafe template rendering

Stored XSS in HireFlow 1.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute browser scripts through resume or feedback fields. The add_candidate and add_feedback handlers persist those fields in SQLite, while the detail templates mark the stored values safe instead of applying Jinja escaping. Any valid account can plant a payload, and execution requires another authenticated user to open the affected candidate or interview detail view.
