Stored XSS via unencoded email display name

Stored XSS in osTicket 1.18.3 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a ticket viewer's browser via an email display name. Thread::postEmail accepts an unsanitized From-header display name, stores it in ost_thread_entry.poster, and templates render it without HTML encoding. The attacker needs no account but must reply to an existing ticket from an unregistered address; the payload runs only when staff or an end user views the entry.
