Service interruption via scaler integer overflow

Integer overflow in FFmpeg N-122528-gdd2976b9e1 allows attackers to interrupt image-processing services with a crafted image file. The hScale16To19_c scaler multiplies 16-bit source samples by filter coefficients and accumulates the results in a signed 32-bit integer without preventing overflow. Processing an attacker-supplied image must reach this high-bit-depth scaling path; the documented consequence is denial of service, with no reported data disclosure or code execution.
