Improper certificate validation in Taipower APP for Android 3.4.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read and alter HTTPS traffic. The app accepts a server's TLS/SSL certificate without verifying it, allowing an interception endpoint to impersonate the intended server. Exploitation requires a man-in-the-middle network position; it exposes packet contents to reading and tampering without reported availability impact.
