Unauthenticated SQL execution via unvalidated previewData input
Published Jul 16, 2026 · Updated Jul 16, 2026
SQL injection in UReport2 2.2.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to read sensitive database data through the previewData endpoint. The unauthenticated /ureport/datasource/previewData handler accepts the sql form parameter and executes its contents without effective filtering or validation. Attackers can run arbitrary SQL; database writes or code execution require excessive database permissions or callable system functions.
