Browser script execution via unencoded ID reflection
Published Mar 9, 2026 · Updated Mar 9, 2026
Reflected XSS in itsourcecode.com Payroll Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script through a crafted ID parameter. manage_employee_allowances.php places the URL's id value into the HTML response without output encoding, so injected markup runs as script. Exploitation requires a victim to follow the crafted URL; the script runs in that user's browser context with the session's application privileges.
