Authenticated command execution via unchecked SIM PIN

Command injection in Tenda 5G03 V05.03.02.04 (Version 1.0) allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands via a SIM PIN. The action_unlock_sim handler passes the pin form value into a shell command without validating or neutralizing command metacharacters. The published proof of concept uses a session cookie and creates a file in /tmp; broader command effects depend on the firmware process privileges.
